We began producing the Jest in 2013.
In 2017, we launched the Jest+, an upgraded model with a more attractive appearance and expanded features.
In 2018, we introduced our first electric vehicle, the e-Jest.
This marked the first time that Europe's best-selling electric minibus had maintained sales in the European market for five consecutive years.
Finally, in 2023, the Karsan e-Jest achieved another significant milestone, becoming the first European electric bus brand to enter the Japanese market with a right-hand-drive version, and then entering the UK market late last year.
With the Jest bus, we have increased our market share not only in Turkey, but also in the wider region, from Europe to the Americas.

To date, Karsan has produced 10,000 Jest vehicles.
The e-Jest is equipped with a BMW-developed electric motor that produces 170 horsepower and 290 Nm of torque, and an 88 kWh battery for a range of up to 210 kilometers. The vehicle features a 12-inch touchscreen multimedia display, a fully digital instrument panel, keyless entry, a USB port, and on-demand Wi-Fi.
