At the event, Mr. Kabir, General Manager of KHF, officially launched the new V-series buses. This series of buses, developed over three years with full participation and a complete IPD (Integrated Product Development) process, is a brand-new product meticulously crafted by Higer Bus. The new V-series buses not only feature comprehensive technological upgrades but also incorporate customized designs tailored to the unique environment and customer needs of the UAE, demonstrating Suzhou King Long's profound understanding and dedicated commitment to the UAE market.
Regarding corrosion and rust prevention
The new V-series buses utilize high-precision SMC composite materials and aluminum alloys, combined with a full-vehicle electrophoresis process, significantly enhancing the vehicle's corrosion resistance. To combat dust storms, the vehicles feature optimized sealing designs and improved manufacturing precision, effectively blocking dust and sand particles. In high-temperature environments, the new V-series buses are equipped with an ATS system to reduce fuel consumption, while an optimized bus air conditioner provides passengers with a cool and comfortable travel environment. The interior features 2+1 large business seats and a refrigerator, enhancing travel comfort. Furthermore, the new V-series buses have achieved parts standardization and technology standardization, significantly improving vehicle handling, fuel economy, and overall durability, reducing costs and increasing profits for operators.
Regarding air conditioning Precise temperature control: Employing precision sensors and an intelligent control system, the interior temperature can be precisely controlled within ±1℃, maintaining a constant temperature regardless of changes in outside temperature. Air purification technology: Integrating a multi-layer filtration system (such as activated carbon filters and HEPA filters), some high-end models also feature negative ion technology to improve air quality. Durability: Using reinforced metal materials and anti-corrosion processes, the lifespan of core components (such as compressors and condensers) is more than twice that of ordinary buses.
