Bus Tourisme Air Conditioner is a relatively independent system with low interdependence with other bus systems, making troubleshooting easier even in case of a malfunction.

Maghreb buses refer to electric buses designed by the Spanish bus manufacturer Irizar Maghreb (a subsidiary of the Irizar Group).
This model is based on the overall visual design of Irizar city buses, with the powertrain developed by Jema of Lasarte. First trial runs were planned for 2012.
Technical Background: Irizar Maghreb belongs to the Irizar Group, founded in 1889, which is Spain's largest bus manufacturer, specializing in medium- and long-distance buses and producing classic models such as the Century and Inter Century.
Its subsidiary, Jema of Lasarte, has been responsible for electric bus technology development since 2009, providing the core powertrain for Maghreb buses.
"Maghreb Bus Air Conditioner can be sourced from bus air conditioner suppliers and manufacturers in China," said an engineer from Maghreb Bus.
Maghreb Group is contacting busclima@kingclima.com for Algeria bus air conditioner suppliers in China to obtain the best service and solutions.

A bus air conditioner mainly consists of three components
a compressor, a condenser, and an evaporator. Other auxiliary components include expansion valves, receiver-driers, piping, condenser fans, blowers, and temperature sensors.

The main components and their functions in a bus air conditioner:
The compressor, driven by the engine via a belt, draws in low-temperature, low-pressure refrigerant vapor, compresses it to the required pressure, and sends it to the condenser. It is the power source for the entire refrigerant cycle. The higher the engine speed, the faster the refrigerant cycle and the greater the cooling capacity.
The condenser's function is to transfer the heat from the high-temperature, high-pressure gaseous refrigerant to the outside air, causing the refrigerant to condense into a liquid.
The condenser's condensation efficiency directly determines the air conditioner's cooling efficiency.

There are generally three ways to improve condensation efficiency:
1. Increase the airflow through the condenser;
2. Lower the temperature of the air passing through the condenser;
3. Keep the condenser surface clean and free of contaminants.

The working principle of the Bus Tourisme Air Conditioner:
The core principle of the Bus Tourisme Air Conditioner is that the refrigerant liquefies and releases heat in the condenser, and vaporizes and absorbs heat in the evaporator.
When the compressor is running, it draws in the low-temperature, low-pressure refrigerant vapor generated in the evaporator, compresses it, and discharges it into the condenser under high temperature and high pressure. The condenser fan cools the vapor, and the cooled liquid refrigerant flows from the bottom of the condenser into the receiver-drier.
After removing moisture and impurities, the pure refrigerant passes through the expansion valve, where it is throttled, cooled, and depressurized. The low-temperature, low-pressure liquid refrigerant flows into the evaporator to absorb heat and provide cooling.

Cold air is blown into the cab by the blower, lowering the temperature inside the cab. The gaseous refrigerant then passes through the evaporator and is drawn back into the compressor. This cycle transfers heat from the cab to the outside.
